Would you like a 'hands on' involvement in
Skandia Geelong Week?
Skandia Geelong Week is attaining a standard of excellence that stems from its team of dedicated volunteers.
You don't have to be an active sailor to participate. There are a variety of interesting roles that can be undertaken - all are an integral part of a successful event. Some roles require familiarity with sailing and racing rules while others require good people skills and local knowledge.
Volunteers assist on-water to manage the many races of the event.
They also assist on-shore with event support activities and entertainment facilities.
In terms of time commitments, some roles require participation for the whole 4 days while with others it is possible to participate on only a few days.
With so many sailing and on-shore activities there is no shortage of opportunities to volunteer your services.
